1. Definitions

"RouteSplash," "we," "us," and "our" refer to RouteSplash Inc. "User," "you," and "your" refer to anyone accessing or using our platform. "Services" refers to the pool service matching, scheduling, and related services we provide. "Pool Pros" refers to the independent service professionals on our platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, scheduling a service, or otherwise using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Services

RouteSplash provides a platform that connects pool owners with independent pool service professionals. We facilitate scheduling, payments, and communication but do not directly perform pool services. Pool Pros are independent contractors, not employees of RouteSplash.

4. Memberships and Billing

• Membership plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis until cancelled.
• You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
• One-time services are billed at the time of booking.
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange a return visit at no additional charge. This guarantee does not cover issues caused by pre-existing equipment failure, structural damage, or conditions beyond the pro's control.

6. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Ensure pool access is available on scheduled service days
• Maintain safe conditions for service professionals
• Notify us of any changes to your pool or service needs
• Do not engage Pool Pros outside of the RouteSplash platform

7. Pool Pro Responsibilities

• Maintain required licenses and insurance
• Perform services in a professional and timely manner
• Follow all RouteSplash service standards and protocols
• Use the RouteSplash platform for all scheduling and payments
• Maintain appropriate conduct with customers

8. Limitation of Liability

RouteSplash is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of RouteSplash and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
